Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking confident and enthusiastic Machine Operators to join their client based in Scoresby! Our client is a leading soundproofing insulation manufacturer. We are searching for multiple candidates who are looking for opportunities to develop and grow a career within the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working at the end of the insulation machine, bagging soundproofing material, and performing occasional housekeeping duties such as sweeping and tidying up. There is a bit of manual handling involved but the product is lightweight. We are willing to train the right person, so no previous experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the insulation machine and bag the soundproofing insulation.
- Perform repetitive manual handling of a lightweight product.
- Perform occasional housekeeping duties such as sweeping and tidying up.
- Support the warehouse manager
Requirements:
- No previous experience necessary; we are willing to train the right person.
- Great attitude and proven attendance record.
- Must be a team player and able to work with others effectively.
