Hospitality / Play Centre Supervisor
We are currently recruiting an ambitious and enthusiastic full-time Hospitality Play Centre Supervisor to lead our team in Rathcoole. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a busy centre with great rewards, benefits and avenue to progress within the company. We are looking for someone to supervise a team of up to 8 employees, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and staff productivity.
We are looking for:
- Fluent English
- At least 1-2 years experience working at supervisory level
- Willing to work weekends

- Effectively supervise a small team and support staff.
- Able to motivate and drive results, with support from Management.
- Looking to find new ways to improve the business and attract customers.
- Retention of existing customers, driving in new customers, and establishing a regular clientele.
- Reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic.
- High standards of customer service.
- Creating a fun environment for both customers and the team.
- Displaying an entrepreneurial, “can do” attitude.
- Strong organisational, verbal and written communication skills are required
