Attend to all incoming calls as well as other communications
Handle the filing system
Conduct general office clerk duties as well as errands
Organize and maintain office common areas
Keep up an efficient and friendly office routine
Maintain office equipment
Prepare, maintain and input information into databases
Maintain habitable office conditions
Any other related discipline as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Office Management, Business Administration or its equivalent
At least one (1) year of experience in the same role required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic accounting knowledge required
Familiarity with the office equipment
Good organizing and time management skills
Well versed in MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE i.e. Excel, Word & Powerpoint
Ability to listen and follow instructions
