At Kaseya, our world class Product Owners drive the successful delivery of a product, or a portion of a large product. We ensure Product Owners align with the overall company strategy and are the "go to experts" for domain knowledge and competitive environments for our product. They drive the scrum process and collaborate with Product Managers, R&D and other internal and external stakeholders to define and prioritize new functionality and rapidly respond to the changing needs of the market and our customers.

As a Kaseya Product Owner, you'll work closely with Kaseya leadership, development, and customers to build the best and most innovative products for Small and Medium-sized Businesses and Managed Service Providers.
You will work with backup appliances and cloud data protection products that leverage cutting edge technology to automate manual tasks, eliminate management complexity, and deliver tested hardware and software resilience.
Responsibilities:
- Be the expert for Windows and Hyper-V backup and data management
- Assist Product Managers with building the near-term product road map (and strategy) as well as the long-term product vision
- Perform competitive and market analysis to become an expert in all the players in our highly competitive industry
- Own the delivery and release process and life cycle from discovery through testing, release, and maintenance
- Create user stories, epics, wire frames, acceptance criteria and run the agile product development product process
- Engage deeply and frequently with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders so you can act as the most empathetic, most knowledgeable advocate for our customers
- Work with Technical Sales to create inspiring product demos and trials
- Be the expert for cloud to cloud backup for: G-Suite Backup, O365 Backup, & Salesforce Backup
Specific Requirements:
- 3+ years of Product Owner experience
- Expertise in Agile Development methodologies and tools (including Scrum and Jira)
- Experience with cloud to cloud backup and disaster recovery products
- Experience with Compliance standards – HIPAA, PCI, FIRPA, etc
- Experience with SaaS platforms, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Salesforce
- Experience with IaaS platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Domain experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Small to Mid-Sized Business (SMB) market segment
Relevant Experience (nice to have):
- Microsoft 365 Backup Products: Skykick, Backupify (Datto), Veeam, Acronis, CloudAlly
- Google Workspace Backup Products: AvePoint, Backupify (Datto), Sys Cloud, Cloudberry, CloudAlly
- SalesForce Backup Products: OwnBackup, Backupify (Datto)
