Deloitte has a fantastic opportunity available for a Coordinator who is interested in events, recruitment and communications to join our People and Performance/Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for a highly organized individual - ready to hit the ground running to support our graduate campaign. As well as the opportunity to develop your knowledge of recruitment and events, you would be joining a globally recognised leader in Professional Services and a team of intelligent and high-performing people that will support you in your personal career development.

You would be joining our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to our Senior Graduate Talent Aquisition Advisor. We are made up of 10+ recruitment professionals located across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. The team are vibrant, fun, and have a passion for helping people find opportunities at Deloitte. Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:
- An exceptionally high level of attention to detail
- Experience assisting in the delivery of events
- A minimum of 1 year's administration/co-ordination experience
- Able to follow and identify gaps in processes and implement improvements
- The ability to prioritise and effectively manage expectations and meet business deadlines
- An enthusiastic self-starter with a desire to join a high-performance environment focused on people
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness and desire to learn
- A good sense of humour and a positive attitude
Your typical day will include:
- Providing key support during our busy award-winning graduate recruitment campaign, assisting with coordination and event management
- Scheduling of interviews
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing employment contracts and other documentation
- Collecting data and assisting with reporting
- Assisting with social media and web campaigns
- Ensuring successful recruitment outcomes through efficient and high-quality delivery of service
