Your key responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive communication strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and disseminate relevant, timely, and engaging content across various platforms, such as the company website, custom publications, blogs, social media channels, press releases, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to create targeted marketing materials and compelling product messaging.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including media outlets and industry partners, to enhance our brand's reputation.
- Monitor and evaluate communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, adjusting as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Offer expert guidance on messaging and tone to maintain consistency across all communication channels. Edit and proofread marketing and technical materials, including articles and press releases, ensuring professional and accurate presentation.
- Enhance and manage internal communication within the organization, keeping employees informed and engaged.
- Expand and maintain the organization's social media presence by producing engaging content and monitoring brand sentiment to foster a positive reputation.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to guarantee our communication efforts remain innovative and effective.
- Oversee the marketing communications budget, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated, and financial targets are met.

You bring
Bsc/Master Degree in Marketing Communications
+5 years work experience in marketing communications in an international environment
English native or C2; German is a plus
