We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our Production Organisation in Rotterdam.
You will focus on ensuring smooth training delivery, and documentation in the system by continuously administering, planning, preparing, facilitating, monitoring, evaluating and document training activities at Neste Rotterdam refinery.
In this job you will work closely with trainers and subject matter experts, Supervisors and Learning and Development Specialists. In our team, you will act as a key user of the HR information system training module.

Your role in our team
- Plan and coordinate on- and off-site training activities for employees working in various roles in our Rotterdam refinery.
- Act as a key user of the learning management system, including the learning path creation, data handling, training record follow up etc.
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities, handle logistics for training activities including the venues and training equipment.
- Develop training aids such as manuals, handbooks and content supporting successful learning outcomes.
- Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training and on-the-job coaching.
- Design and apply assessment tools to ensure training effectiveness.
- Track and report on training outcomes.
- Builds a yearly training calendar by analysing training needs and prepares training plans and schedules for next year together with the team.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers.
The best combination to succeed in this role
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 Years work experience with instruction design or training.
- Excellent planning and organising skills and ability to manage several simultaneous activities.
- Hands-on experience of planning and coordinating training activities in an international environment.
- Service mindset, “Can do” attitude and passion for continuous development and learning.
- Knowledge and experience about learning management systems.
- Skills to facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom workshops and online training.
Other strengths we value
- Studies or degree in Education, Training, Project management or related field.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Relevant experience with instruction and training.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management.
