Job Roles:
- Responsible for tracking parcels to customers and conducting communication with customers and related departments in the communication channels specified by the company
- To provide information, advice and basic troubleshooting in the case of delayed or lost deliveries
- Record data and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports. Both in the part of the parcel that has delivery problems, residual or other related problems.
- Problem analysis and performance
- To present solutions to problems in delivery to be more efficient and effective.
- Study and follow up on new knowledge-related technologies. to be applied in effective management
- Work and other projects as assigned by the supervisor
Requirement:
- At least SPM holder
- 1 year working experience in related field is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome
- Familiar with Microsoft outlook, excel, word etc.
- Have good writing skills
- Language : English & Malay , Mandarin is an added advantage.
