About the job

As Contract & Resource Management (CRM) Analyst at TCS:

You will support the client sales team in pursuing sales deals through timely and quality execution of contract creation & amendments. You will proactively engage with the sales team to perform contract validations and identify and solve issues including third-party dependencies.

You will also manage the resources such as documents & personnel using various systems as per client’s business requirements while providing an effective service on behalf of TCS to client’s legal and statutory requirements, agreed company processes and Service Level Agreements.

This is how you will make an Impact:

  • Handle the contract creation or amendment activities including but not limited to commercial, public sector and subcontractors’ contracts.
  • Populate a draft contract using provided templates, work through approvals, review it with the seller and make updates as needed.
  • Initiate contract validations (pre and post signature) and Facilitate signature and purchase order (PO) check.
  • Track deals – Monitor and drive sales and deal stages.
  • Confirm contract setup is complete and monitor the contract set up in the systems.
  • Communicate status of in-flight deals through weekly contract status report.
  • Support activities by accessing contracts & other documents through the designated client tool.
  • Request prioritization to the validation team for urgent contracts.
  • Resolve suspended resource requests with the Resource Manager or Domain Solution Architect
  • To coordinate with the customer stakeholder & resolve resource management queries.
  • Handle requests in customer provided applications as per standard operating procedure (SOP) and preform related amendments.
  • Prepare Reports and analytics as per customer requirement and maintain queue hygiene.
  • Ensure all queues reflect volumes at close of day for respective stakeholders.
  • Handle project update activities at pre and post signature stages.
  • To follow ups with the requestor to fulfill incoming requests.
  • Support Central Hiring Administration through end-to-end administrative tasks; position Control Number (PCN) Lifecycle management, accept new requests, assign a PCN from the pool of numbers provided by Finance and create a requisition for the Global Talent Acquisition team to start the hiring process.

Other responsibilities Include:

  • Onsite and offshore knowledge transfer (KT) with client/client suppliers.
  • Demonstrate and embrace a client-oriented approach and adhere to customer wise contractual commitments (SLAs/ KPIs)
  • Participate in client or potential client related events or calls as needed.
  • Identify and propose standardization and improvement opportunities wherever possible.

Check if you are a good fit:

  • Business proficiency in Dutch and English language.
  • Work experience in Contract, Resource management & customer relationship services
  • Professional knowledge of MS Office 365 tools (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Educational background in Marketing, Ecommerce or Sales
  • Familiarity with working in a multi-stakeholder and outcome driven environment
  • Attention to details, agility, quality of deliverables and ability to meet deadlines.

About your contract:

  • Type: full time, indefinite.
  • Working hours: 40 hours/week, office hours (hybrid).
  • Legal requirements: You need to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
