We are looking for a curious, talented and experienced B2C Sales Lead to join our team and help us grow our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce as a whole, as well as experience in brand management, marketing, and sales. Also a general sense of curiosity about entrepreneurship.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategy to grow our brand and sales
- Work with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns to meet quarterly and annual sales target
- Manage the brand's social media presence
- Oversee the sales pipeline through all channels - digital ads, marketplace email, direct communication channels
- Oversee digital ads buy / spend
- Conduct marketing research for new product development with regards to pricing, competitor analysis, market trends, customer behaviour study, and observation to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
- Track brand performance and make necessary adjustments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce sector
- Strong understanding of the E-commerce market
- Experienced in marketing, sales, and/or customer success
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A curious individual who loves exploring ideas and are able to work both independently or with a team
