B2C Sales Lead [Malaysia]


 

We are looking for a curious, talented and experienced B2C Sales Lead to join our team and help us grow our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce as a whole, as well as experience in brand management, marketing, and sales. Also a general sense of curiosity about entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategy to grow our brand and sales
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns to meet quarterly and annual sales target
  • Manage the brand's social media presence
  • Oversee the sales pipeline through all channels - digital ads, marketplace email, direct communication channels
  • Oversee digital ads buy / spend
  • Conduct marketing research for new product development with regards to pricing, competitor analysis, market trends, customer behaviour study, and observation to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
  • Track brand performance and make necessary adjustments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in e-commerce sector
  • Strong understanding of the E-commerce market
  • Experienced in marketing, sales, and/or customer success
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A curious individual who loves exploring ideas and are able to work both independently or with a team

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
