Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design and implement Zeiss products' local health economics and outcome research (HEOR) to benefit new products and post-market products' pricing and reimbursement in China market, optimize Zeiss products' China market access strategy.
- Define the economic evidence requirements in target markets.
- Develop a robust, evidence-based value proposition that reflects key current payer drivers and maximizes value of available evidence.
- De-risk HTA submissions and global value & reimbursement dossiers.
- Create compelling economic models to inform pricing and support market access.
- Leverage early economic modelling to evaluate the drivers and barriers to positive funding decisions and identify the best performing reimbursement/HTA strategy.
Education /教育背景:
Master degree or above in Health Economics, Pharma Economics, Public Health, or other related major.
Experience /经验:
- At least 2 years experience in HEOR model development and value communication in academy or healthcare industry.
- Good project management skillsets.
- Willingness on developing in growing MA/GA organization.
- HEOR role in leading pharma/medical device company, or consulting firm would be a plus.
